To submit your application in person, you must present some documents that you have already filled in. You can download the necessary documents for your first-time application here.

Please note that, in addition to the first-time application or the amended application, you must also fill in the document “Anforderungen an Datenschutz und -sicherheit” (requirements for data protection and data security) and the “Nachweis der Erforderlichkeit” (proof of necessity). These three documents are included in the link above.
