You can apply for the authorisation certificate at the VfB digitally on the website verwaltung.bund.de. The website verwaltung.bund.de provides information and access to administrative services provided by federal, state and local governments.

To apply for authorisation certificates digitally, you need an account at bund.ID. You can add the documents required for the application as a scan in the online application process.

After receiving your application, the VfB will check it.

You will receive proof of eligibility, a request to reapply if necessary, or notification of rejection by post.
